Most of the orders are shipped within one business day once we receive both the size info and the cleared payment.
The standard flat shipping rate only applies to the lower 48 states.
$20 shipping charge to Alaska, Hawaii, Porto Rico and APO address due to USPS price policy changes. We will send money request throught paypal for the shipping charge difference for orders from these areas.
$35 shipping charge to Canada.
