Absolutely Gorgeous ~ Antique Georgian / Victorian ~ 14kt Gold filled ~ Highly detailed ( bird sitting in her nest ) ~ Watch hook … you can easily add your favorite charms /pendants to it or can be use foe extension for any watch fob chain ~ beautiful details all around .
Dates : late 19th to early 20th century .
Unsigned ~ but acid tested positive for 14kt gold … I am sure its solid gold but it can be heavily gold filled (someone tried to scratch it at one point where you can see similar metal underneath .
Measures :
Hook is 1 1/2 inches x 1/4 inches x 1/2 inches
Weighs 4.6 grams on my weighing scale .
Condition :
Considering the age fob/ charm is in good antique condition with some age related wear ~ with very less metal discoloration /darkening ~ Can see one repair mark and a scratch mark as mentioned above .
