AN ADORABLE VICTORIAN ANTIQUE DOG PENDANT. THE DOG’S FACE IS HAND CARVED IN A HARDSTONE, PROBABLY CARNELIAN. THE WONDERFUL DETAILS IN THE FACE AND FUR ARE SO VERY CHARMING. THE DOG IS SET IN A GOLD FILLED SETTING. THE PENDANT DATES TO THE VICTORIAN PERIOD, CIRCA 1860-1900. VERY RARE AND WONDERFUL! AND SO HARD TO FIND!!!

The pendant is in excellent condition. The dog head is 20mm long not including the bales and 27mm (1 inch) long with the 2 bales, and 16 mm wide. The pendant weighs 6.2 grams.
